The terms that govern quotes, bookings and membership arranged through Jet Lyfestyle.
Our role
Jet Lyfestyle is an air charter broker under DOT Part 295 regulations and does not own or operate aircraft. All flights are operated by FAA-registered Part 135 air carriers or foreign equivalents that meet or exceed Jet Lyfestyle's internal safety standards.
Quotes
Quotes are estimates based on aircraft availability, routing and schedule at the time of issue, and remain subject to owner and operator approval until a charter agreement is signed. Availability can change without notice.
Booking and payment
A trip is confirmed when the operator's charter agreement is executed and cleared funds are received. Unless stated otherwise, quotes exclude de-icing, hangarage, wifi, catering above the standard allowance, waiting time and any government fee introduced after the quote date.
Changes and cancellation
Cancellation and change terms are set by the operating carrier and are stated in the charter agreement for your trip. Empty leg and one-way pricing is typically non-refundable once confirmed, because it is contingent on the original charter it repositions for.
Operational control and safety
The operating carrier holds operational control of every flight. The pilot in command has final authority on weather, routing, payload and whether a flight departs. Schedules are not guaranteed and delays caused by weather, air traffic control or maintenance are outside our control.
Passengers and baggage
You are responsible for the accuracy of passenger details, valid travel documentation, and compliance with customs and immigration requirements. Baggage capacity is limited by aircraft type and stated performance limits.
Liability
As a broker, our liability is limited to the arrangement services we provide. Carriage is governed by the operating carrier's conditions of carriage and applicable international conventions.
Your data
Personal information you submit through this site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which includes our California Notice at Collection and the process for making an access, deletion or correction request. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Membership and shop
Jet card membership terms, hour expiry and peak-day rules are set out in the membership agreement provided before purchase. Merchandise sales are governed by the return policy shown at checkout.
