What ARGUS and Wyvern actually mean.
Independent bodies audit charter operators. Neither is a regulator — they exist because the regulatory floor is not high enough for private travel.
These ratings belong to the operators we book. Jet Lyfestyle is an air charter broker and is not itself ARGUS or Wyvern rated.
ARGUS Gold, Gold Plus & Platinum
ARGUS grades operators on historical safety data, pilot experience and — at Platinum — an on-site audit plus an active safety management system. We quote Gold and above as standard.
Wyvern Registered & Wingman
Wyvern verifies aircraft and crew against a mission-specific standard. A Wingman operator has passed an on-site audit and maintains continuous data reporting.

Safety and structure
Jet Lyfestyle is an air charter broker, not an operator. Every flight is flown by an FAA Part 135 certificate holder or foreign equivalent, whose current ARGUS or Wyvern rating we confirm with the operator before we quote the trip, with insurance verified before the trip is confirmed.
Jet Lyfestyle is an air charter broker under DOT Part 295 regulations and does not own or operate aircraft. All flights are operated by FAA-registered Part 135 air carriers or foreign equivalents that meet or exceed Jet Lyfestyle's internal safety standards.
