Privacy Policy
What Jet Lyfestyle collects, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and the rights you have as a California consumer.
Jet Lyfestyle is an air charter broker based in Los Angeles, California. This notice applies to jetlyfestyle.com and to the enquiries, bookings and concierge requests we handle. It is written to satisfy the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, and it describes our actual practice — not a template.
Notice at Collection
At or before the point we collect anything from you, this is what we collect, why we collect it, and how long we keep it. Every category below is collected directly from you through a form on this site, or automatically from your browser as described.
Identifiers
- What it includes
- Name, email address, telephone number and, where you give it, company name. Collected through the charter request, contact, concierge, empty-leg enquiry and newsletter forms.
- Business purpose
- To respond to your enquiry, source and quote charter options, arrange concierge services, send the confirmation email for your request, and — where you asked for them — send repositioning route notes.
- How long we keep it
- Kept while the enquiry or client relationship is active and for up to 24 months afterwards for accounting and dispute purposes.
Commercial information
- What it includes
- Trip details you submit: origin and destination airports, dates, trip type, passenger count, cabin preference, concierge requirements, budget indications and free-text notes.
- Business purpose
- To price and arrange the trip, to give operators the information they need to quote, and to keep a record of what was requested and quoted.
- How long we keep it
- Same as identifiers above.
Internet or other electronic network activity
- What it includes
- Referring website, UTM campaign parameters (source, medium, campaign, term, content) captured in your browser session, the page you submitted a form from, browser user-agent and IP address seen by our host. If — and only if — you opt in to analytics, Google Analytics 4 also records the pages you view, approximate city-level location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and the referrer or campaign that brought you.
- Business purpose
- To understand which marketing channels produce enquiries, to detect spam and abusive form submissions, and to keep the site secure and functioning.
- How long we keep it
- Attribution values are stored in your browser session only until you close the tab, and are attached to the lead record we keep. Google Analytics 4 data, collected only after opt-in, is retained for 14 months and then deleted automatically.
Approximate location
- What it includes
- Coarse, city-level location inferred from your IP address by our hosting provider's logs. We do not request or collect precise geolocation from your device.
- Business purpose
- Security, fraud prevention and aggregate traffic analysis.
- How long we keep it
- Held in host logs on a short rolling basis.
Passenger information (where a trip proceeds)
- What it includes
- Passenger names, dates of birth and travel document details required by an operator or a border authority to carry you.
- Business purpose
- To meet the operator, customs, TSA and immigration requirements that apply to a specific flight. This is provided directly to the operating carrier.
- How long we keep it
- Retained for the period required by the carrier and applicable aviation and customs record-keeping rules.
Sensitive personal information
We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA — no government identifiers for marketing purposes, no financial account credentials, no precise geolocation, no racial or ethnic origin, no health data, and no contents of your mail or messages beyond what you type into a form on this site. Where a specific international trip requires passport data, that information is collected solely to carry you and is passed only to the operating carrier and the relevant authority.
We do not sell or share your personal information
Jet Lyfestyle does not sell personal information, and has not sold personal information in the preceding twelve months. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have not done so in the preceding twelve months. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site, and we have no knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
Who we disclose personal information to
For a business purpose only, and under written contracts that prohibit any other use: charter operators and their handling agents, for the specific trip you asked us to arrange; Resend, which delivers our transactional email; Lovable Cloud, which hosts this website and the database holding lead records; and Microsoft 365, which hosts the mailboxes our advisors reply from. We also disclose information where a law, subpoena or regulator requires it, and in connection with a corporate transaction involving the business. Each of these is a service provider or contractor under the CCPA, not a recipient of a sale.
How we protect it
Lead records are held in an access-controlled database with row-level security. Only Jet Lyfestyle advisors can read them. Email is transmitted over TLS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging private travel. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes to this notice
We review this notice at least annually and update it whenever our collection practices change. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
Cookies and analytics
We use two categories of cookies and browser storage. Strictly necessary storage runs on every visit and cannot be switched off: it remembers your shopping bag, records that you have seen the intro sequence, holds campaign attribution for the length of your session, and stores your cookie choice itself. Analytics storage runs only if you opt in.
Our analytics processors are Google Tag Manager, which loads tags on the site, Google Analytics 4, which measures usage, and Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised session activity such as clicks, scrolling and page interactions to show us how pages are used. Google and Microsoft each act as our processor under a data processing agreement. Where you consent, Google Analytics 4 collects the pages you view, approximate city-level location derived from your IP address, your device and browser type, and the referrer or UTM campaign parameters that brought you. It does not receive your name, email address or telephone number, and we never place those values into the analytics data layer. When you submit a form we record only that a form was submitted and which one. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
Analytics tags are held in a denied state by Google Consent Mode until you accept, so nothing measurement-related loads before you choose. We run no advertising cookies and no third-party ad pixels, and we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat it as an automatic opt-out and analytics stays off without asking. You can read Google's privacy policy for how Google handles the data it processes.
To withdraw or change your consent at any time, use the link in the site footer and choose Reject non-essential.
Your California privacy rights
Right to know
You may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business purpose, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed it — covering the twelve months preceding your request, and, where feasible, beyond that period on request.
Right to delete
You may ask us to delete the personal information we collected from you. We will delete it and direct our service providers to do the same, unless we must retain it to complete a transaction you requested, comply with a legal obligation such as aviation or tax record-keeping, or detect and prevent fraud.
Right to correct
You may ask us to correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you, and we will do so taking into account the nature of the information and the purpose we hold it for.
Right to opt out of sale or sharing
We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. If that ever changes, this page will carry a Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link before any such activity begins.
Right to limit use of sensitive personal information
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purpose beyond what is necessary to provide the service you requested, so this right does not apply to our processing.
Non-discrimination
We will never deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a different level or quality of service because you exercised a privacy right. We offer no financial incentive programs in exchange for personal information.
